Joe did an outstanding job rebuilding our seawall and dock on the ICW. It was a complicated build but Joe was patient and thorough. He even helped in progressing permits and finding an electrician to finish the dock. I couldn't have asked for more and would recommend him to anyone. The quality of Joes work is of the highest standard.

Jo Harper first worked on our seawall in 2014, replaced the concrete pilings and dock in around 2018 and just resealed the Tee-pilings . You cant ask for a more knowledgeable and honest  contractor to deal with any of your seawall problems

Joe Harper owner of South Florida Dock and Seawall is a professional he definitely is knowledgeable about seawalls and docks. He explained all that would be done step by step. He provided a timeline and kept in constant contact. We had a few road bumps because of concrete having a long wait period but because of Joe's planning and thinking ahead the wait was minimal.
